How long does delivery take?

We ship worldwide. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — enjoy free worldwide shipping on orders over €15. Orders under €15 ship for a flat €3.99, delivered in 5-7 business days.

How do I track my order?

Head to our Track Order page and enter either your order number + email or your tracking number. You'll see the latest delivery status in real time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items with tags attached. Returns within Europe are free.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Just reach out through our Contact page with your order number and we'll guide you through the steps.

Sizing & Products

How do I choose the right size?

Every product page has a size guide with measurements by age. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — little ones grow fast!

Are your products safe for children?

Absolutely. We only stock pieces made with OEKO-TEX® certified fabrics and toys that meet the EN-71 European safety standard.

Do you make your own products?

We're a curator, not a manufacturer. Every item is hand-picked and passes three checks — certified fabrics, safety standards, and a final parent test — before it reaches our shop.

Payments & Discounts

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all processed securely at checkout.

Is there a discount for first-time customers?
